  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the day you receive your order.

  • To qualify for a refund:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: earrings, body jewelry, or other intimate items.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the return is approved.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders may already be processed with our suppliers.
